Breach of Trust


An individual businessman and client of Scandaglia & Ryan was kind enough to cosign on an AmEx card for one of his clients, who was a multi-millionaire. The client ran up $49k on the card, refused to pay and relocated to Japan. We have settled the case for $55k, which covers both the charges and most of the expenses incurred by the client to get this resolved. Partner Alan Nicgorski provided strong support in staying on top of our adversary and buttoning up the agreement.
