CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION

Our attorneys represent owners, developers, lenders, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers and trade contractors in all aspects of the construction process – from planning to design and construction, to final payment and acceptance. Although we put primary emphasis on helping our clients take proactive steps to avoid the issues that lead to litigation, we are always prepared to obtain a successful result for our clients in court or arbitration. We also counsel and represent clients on all contractual aspects of the design and construction process.
